gift box cake

my husband's workmate had a last mintue order so i had to rush to get this one done on time. She wanted something similar to my tiffany and co cake so i did this gift box. I must say that this one turned out great! i was told that everyone loved it so im very pleased with myself=)

first time cupcakes

well, i had my first order for cupcakes (vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache) this month and boy was it a tough one to start out with!!! hahaha but i managed to achieve what the client wanted and that felt great even though it cost me a nights sleep!!

I also wanted to do some cupcakes for a friends birthday.

June cake creations

The last week of June has been very busy for me with 3 cakes due in the same week!!!...i'm lucky i got any sleep=)

Winter wonderland

This is one of the latest fondant cake i made for a 21st birthday “winter wonderland” theme.

Bottom tier is chocolate mud cake with buttercream icing, top tier is vanilla sponge with buttercream icing.

Snowman and penguin figurines are handmade out of fondant.

I'm very proud of the results.

Tiffany & co cake

This is a Tiffany & co cake i made not long ago for a 22nd birthday. Its a vanilla sponge cake with buttercream icing and fruit pieces.
